Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vanzo, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns and refunds are accepted only in case of damaged products received by the customer.
  • Customers must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proper proof such as unboxing video and product images is mandatory for verification.
  • After verification and approval, the damaged product may be returned or replaced as per company discretion.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
  • Requests raised after the allowed reporting period.
  • Orders once successfully delivered in good condition.
