Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.
Return & Refund Policy
- Returns and refunds are accepted only in case of damaged products received by the customer.
- Customers must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proper proof such as unboxing video and product images is mandatory for verification.
- After verification and approval, the damaged product may be returned or replaced as per company discretion.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
- Requests raised after the allowed reporting period.
- Orders once successfully delivered in good condition.
